Body Image (How we look at ourselves is important) and what we say or
think about ourselves are even more important. When you say “I’m fat” “I’m
ugly” “my leg is why nobody likes me “I can’t do anything” you set yourself
up for failure.
You need to feed your mind with good, just like you fuel your body with
nutritional food. Your mind will start to believe you are all these things. Just
like your body will react to all the junk food and negative thoughts.
Talk to yourself like an athlete whether you believe it or not. For example, I
don’t care what others think of me and my limb. I’m beautiful inside and out,
It is a beautiful day. Talk to yourself and look at yourself positively until you
believe it yourself.
